Xevelopers Affiliate Program
Welcome to the Xevelopers Affiliate Program. By joining, you help spread the word about our IT services, consulting and custom software solutions — and earn commissions for verified referrals that convert into paying customers.
How does it work?
Xevelopers' Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers who purchase our IT services or software solutions. Once a referred visitor becomes a paying customer and the sale is verified, you receive a commission based on the program terms.
Who can join?
The program is open to individuals, consultants, agencies and businesses who adhere to our terms and local laws. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion.
How will I know if I made a sale?
You'll receive an email notification for each verified sale attributed to your referral link. You can also track clicks, conversions, and earnings from your affiliate dashboard.
Commission structure
Our standard commission and payout rules are:
- Standard commission rate: 20% of the first paid invoice for referred customers (unless otherwise specified in a campaign).
- For recurring contracts, affiliates may be eligible for a one-time initial commission or a prorated commission — details vary by campaign and will be shown in the dashboard.
- Xevelopers reserves the right to change commission rates for new affiliates or specific promotions; changes will be communicated in advance.
How do I get paid?
- Primary payout method: PayPal. Make sure your PayPal email is correct in your affiliate profile.
- Minimum payout threshold: $100. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the next payout cycle.
- Payout schedule: End of month processing for the previous month's approved commissions (subject to verification and holds).
Tracking & cookie duration
Referral links use cookies to attribute sales. The default cookie duration is 30 days. If a referred visitor purchases within that window, the sale is attributed to the last valid affiliate link that cookie recorded.
Prohibited activities
To protect our brand and customers, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming, unsolicited email, or unwanted messaging to promote Xevelopers.
- Misrepresenting our services, pricing, or guarantees.
- Using trademarked terms in paid search campaigns without prior written consent (see our brand guidelines).
- Generating fake leads, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity to earn commission.
Account holds, reversals and disputes
Commissions are subject to verification. We may place holds or reverse commissions if:
- A sale is refunded or chargebacked.
- We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- The referred customer cancels before deliverables are accepted.
Termination
Xevelopers reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of this policy, abuse, or inactivity. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination is due to policy violations or fraud.
Taxes and reporting
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting and compliance obligations in their jurisdiction related to affiliate earnings. We may request tax documentation for certain payouts.
Changes to the program
Xevelopers may modify program terms, commission rates, payout methods or these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and communicated to active affiliates when practical.
