We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Graphic Design & Social Media Associate to manage visual content creation and daily social media operations for Xeveloper Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing powerful creatives, executing social media campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and driving engagement across all major digital platforms.
We are looking for a highly driven Email Marketing Executive with strong expertise in international lead generation for SEO, website development, and mobile application services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing bulk email campaigns, market research, database management, and generating high-quality leads from USA and Canada markets while maintaining excellent data accuracy and compliance.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Create high-quality static, carousel, and basic motion designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaign creatives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives and formats.
• Analyze performance reports and optimize creatives accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Or any related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing Creative Support
• Hands-on experience managing brand pages and ad creatives.
• Demonstrated portfolio of creative design and social campaigns.

• Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
