Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 14 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the seller or merchant on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such a case, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
2. Non-Cancellable Products
XEVELOPER TECHNOLOGIES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the user establishes that the product quality delivered was not satisfactory.
3. Warranty Claims
For items that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for support.
4. Refund Processing Time
In case any refund is approved by XEVELOPER TECHNOLOGIES, please allow up to 7 days for the amount to be processed and credited back to you.
